I have been purchasing from FWRD for years and I can assure you that all goods are AUTHENTIC! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. FWRD's customer service has always been exceptional. They are extremely quick in despatching items, and shipping worldwide has always been 2-3 days max. If you're looking to purchase on FWRD, do it! Don't listen to the petty inconsistent reviews on here.

I recently a purchased a sought-after pair of Amina Muaddi heels and my experience was wonderful. I was notified via email as soon as the item was re-stocked and the delivery was very quick. After making my order, I soon realised there was a lot of bad reviews claiming that FRWD was a scam and selling fraudulent products. This caused me a lot of anxiety and I was fearfully awaiting my parcel. Until I realised that FWRD was listed as an official stock list on the Amina Muaddi website and their social media was legitimate (which was followed by Amina Muaddi herself). I can assure you that the shoes I received were genuine and their service was exceptional. I’m unsure of the motives behind the bad reviews, but it seems as though they are attempting to falsely discredit the company. If you are a customer (like myself), don't succumb to their anxiety trap!

I have been a frequent shopper with REVOLVE AND GOT INTRODUCED BY THEIR 2ND DESIGNER ONLINE STORE and its AMAZING! Service is awesome they deliver product within 2 days anywhere in America not sure for other countries , if not satisfied with product easy returns and refunds!!! After canceling my first order and making a second one, I got debited twice but never received the goods. After enormous efforts with customer support, one order got shipped, but after 3 weeks I still not have been refunded for the first canceled order. Not happy

I received an email that an $800 order was placed on this website. I’ve never even heard of this website or purchased anything from here. They stole my credit card information and just suggested that I change my password. But I didn’t even make an account on this website in the first place?? They are con-artists who will steal your information and their products are probably as fraudulent as some of the reviews here say. Super shady company and should be put out of business.

I don't understand all of the terrible reviews. I've been frequently shopping here for years and have never encountered a problem. I love this site.

Great styles my wife loves. We made two orders. Both sent with return labels in the box for easy returns. I needed to contact customer service about something by email and response was prompt. Problem solved immediately. Our experience has been outstanding and we will place more orders!

I bought a bag here and turned out it is a fake one ! They asked me to mail the bag back to them and they replied me that the one they sold to me is not the one I returned !
Of course, they refused to refund !
Never buy things here

I dont know why it has so many bad reviews on this website?
I just recently purchased from them and my pants came with a good condition & certificate of authentication. It came within 1 week without any issues. I will purchase again in the future :)

Ordered a pair of saint laurent shoes and my order was immediately canceled. I tried a different card and it was canceled again. The reason was their inability to verify my card? Usually you get a call from someone in order to verify, i was never contacted. When i called i got some snooty girl who basically said the same nonsense. Ill stick with saks and neimans. Deleted the app.

DO NOT, under any circumstances, have a transaction with these people. They are a pro-level fraud company. Whatever they advertise is not genuine. Luxury item with a low price tag is a scam. I worked closely with the design department of a luxury brand and like every other luxury brand they have very strict regulations when it comes to threshold price or minimum retail price as well as counterfeit. (These brands collect even the smallest defected buttons back from the producer after the production is over, so they would not be 'leaked' and used for counterfeit.) The amount of time and energy that being spent in designing and producing these goods plus the material cost as the best quality materials and craftsmanship are being used, simply cannot be covered by the price tags advertised by Forward by Elyse Walker and alike. Moreover, elusive luxury is a thing. Premium products sold in premium stores at a premium price. Simple is that. Let's say if Dior's target market customer pays $3000 for a purse and later sees the same purse being sold for $300 at places like Forward by Elyse Walker, Dior would lose that customer who has a potential to drop thousands and thousands $$ more at Dior. They would never risk that. Luxury brands live by their exclusivity.
If you wake up late to realize this simple truth and already put an order with Forward by Elyse Walker, best of luck with canceling, returning or getting your money back. If you used your credit card, instead of Paypal then your credit card number with its details is in the hands of scammers now. Best of luck with that as well.
Luxury goods are for your enjoyment. Shopping for them should also be an enjoyable experience. Please, do your research before shopping at Forward by Elyse Walker, because I guarantee you, your experience with them will not be an enjoyable one.

Everything about this company is fake. I ordered a Comme Des Garçons tee shirt. It came with a tag with chinese writing, no authenticity and the label is actually written in Chinese. Horribly fake and a scam. Stay away and save your money.
